I have 3 children , 2 dogs, and a husband who works away!
So things can get pretty stressful!
For many years I had suffered from irritable bowel, or intolerances to many things from red meat to alpen.
Over the years I had cut out many foods from my diet trying to pin down what would give me bloating and terrible stomach cramps , as well as the dreaded upset tummy!
