Bristol half Marathon and Jo's Wedding!

Busy time and so much to arrange! Rob is ready for the Bristol Half Marathon this Sunday second time and up for improving his time! I will be happy just for him to finish lol!

My daughter Jo getting married Sunday week after a three year courtship! Had my final dress fitting today as I am giving her away well it was taken in and felt fab! Although not having any sauce or gravy on the mine meal to much dress and very pale colour!!

So lovely readers will be back after the event and then will load some images! Jo lost 3.5 stone on the Forever weight management programme and intends to keep going so size 12 here we come!

Running for Ella Bristol half marathon 15th September 2013

Rob is running his 2nd Bristol Half Marathon on Sunday 15th September! Not only as a personal goal but to raise money for our amazing charity Run For Ella. My friend and colleagues daughter who lost her fight for life at the end of last year after 18month battle to beat Teenage bone cancer.
There has been different activities this year to raise money and we are currently stand at around £70.000 and some!
Every penny counts towards building a special centre dedicated to teenagers in the South West UK who need their own space with people of their own ages when faced with this disease!

Changes and Exciting Times!

Daughter Jo well on to her way with amazing weight loss! Thanks to her trainer and the Aloe Vera products especially Clean 9 (Go try it if you want to lose weight or detox?)

She will be getting married 5 weeks today!

Rob (my lovely partner) in training for his 2nd Bristol half marathon in 4 weeks (Again great detox with Clean 9 well done mate!)

And little old me! (7lb weight loss and detox completed so my wedding outfit dress taken in!)

Spent an amazing day with friends who bought Jo's pony many years ago Mistress Elite (Missy for short!) so good to have friends who let us join in the fun and keep us updated with this wonderful animal who is now 22 years old amazing girl!
